In early 2017, we decided to purchase a home in Roswell. At that time, homes in the Roswell area were moving very quickly, and oftentimes received multiple offers before we could even see them. Van and Jeanne helped us change our strategy, and soon we were looking at homes on a daily basis. They worked with us to ensure that we could see new homes on the market as quickly as possible - even changing their schedules to be able to assist us. Jeanne has an amazing talent for listening to your desires in a home and finding homes to show you that really fit within the scope of any "must haves" - and Van does a wonderful job of making sure that the home you’re looking at does not have any major issues. He is the type of realtor that is going to look into the crawl spaces and the drop ceilings to make sure that there is not obvious damage to a home.

Once we finally found our dream home and placed an offer, we realized that our offer was not the only one received. I was willing to overpay for the home - but Van talked me out of that decision. He assured me of the actual value of the home, and kept me from paying too much. As stressful as that situation can be, we felt very secure having Van and Jeanne to guide us through the process. They were amazing at walking us through the negotiation process, and in the end, we ended up with our dream home - at the exact price that Van said it was worth. He saved us a lot of money, and we ended up with the home of our dreams.

In addition to helping us secure our dream home, Van also helped us with various contractors for minor renovations. There is no possible way that we could have handled the purchase and renovations without their help and guidance.

When we decided to sell our townhome, we knew that the only people we wanted to assist us with the selling process were Van and Jeanne. We were hoping to break-even - and really did not think that we would make any money on the sale. Van, however, worked with us to realize the true value of the home, and his guidance on the proposed selling price was spot on. With their expertise, we received an offer on our townhome within two days of the initial listing, we closed approximately six weeks later, and we made money on the transaction. There were a few updates that needed to be made in order to close, and again, Van helped us with contractors and walked us through the process. Overall, it was a very positive and seamless experience.
