We Are Uniquely Qualified to Serve You

As Managing Broker Van has been a full-time real estate professional since 1981. In 1978 at the age of 18, he received his real estate license in North Carolina. He and Jeanne have 56 years of combined real estate experience. Real estate is their vocational calling.

Van and his wife, Jeanne, are both licensed brokers. Happily married since 1977 and have worked together since 1984.

In addition to representing hundreds of clients, Van has personally purchased, renovated, and sold more than 400 of his own houses. He has an extensive understanding of repair and improvement costs and how they affect value.

As a General Contractor he can quickly get any work done on your property that is needed. His knowledge and professional connections will save you time and money.

He has been trained as a mediator and serves as needed to settle commission disputes between agents and brokers. He is an effective listener and is able to bring a problem-solving attitude to all transactions.

Van and Jeanne are entrepreneurs, having owned several businesses, including a local bike shop and a head-hunting/recruiting firm. They are self-starters and understand what is involved in running a successful business.

Van and Jeanne have extensive knowledge of foreclosures, and understand the challenges that are faced when either buying or selling a foreclosure. Their experience will safeguard you if you decide to purchase a foreclosure.
