Just Sold Bridle Ridge Suwanee

One of recent transactions was a referral from a former client.  The couple had recently moved here from Australia for a job here in the US.  They were especially interested in a home that was on a cul-de-sac, which also had a nice yard.  We were able locate just the right one in Bridle Ridge Subdivision.  Located off of HWY 141, just north of McGinnis Ferry Rd, Bridle Ridge provides a convenient location and lower Forsyth County taxes.

This particular transaction was a relocation property.  Generally, these properties should be evaluated and examined much like one would evaluate a foreclosure.  Relo companies, like sellers of Bank Owned Property are usually not set up to address repairs or improvements.  With this in mind it is important to make sure you are strategic in planning for the cost of repairs or improvements that will need to be done after closing.  There are a couple of options available, if incorporated early in the transaction. 

Due to its desirable location, excellent schools and amenities package, Bridle Ridge has held its value better than many other subdivisions.  Combine these features with developed landscapes, quality construction and open floor plans, and prices for two story homes on basements range in the mid $300’s.  Homes with finished basements and updating may sell for lightly higher.
