Each month you will be able to check how the market is doing in your county.   The interactive statistics will provide insight into Average Sales prices, Number of Closed Sales year over year, the percentage of Sales Price to List Prices, Average Days on Market, as well as the year over year numbers for distressed properties in your area.

Average Sales Price
This statistic will provide insight into year over year changes in Sales Prices.  This valuable information will provide insight into whether home prices are increasing or decreasing in your area as well as the percentage of change for each month and year over year.

Number of Closed Sales
This statistic will provide insight into the number of homes sold in your county, and the changes that have occurred each month over the last twelve months.

Sales Price to List Price Percentage
This statistic will provide insight into the relationship between list price and sales price for each month over the last twelve months.  You will be able to see how the effect of inventory will impact sales to list price percentages.

Average Days to Contract
This statistic will provide insight into the amount of time that it took for homes to go under contract in your county. This statistics will help you plan for your move by providing insight into how long it might take for your home to go under contract.

Number of Distressed Properties
This statistic will provide insight into the number of homes that are considered distressed properties.  This includes foreclosures, bank owned properties, and pre-foreclosures.  This valuable information will help in assessing the impact that recent sales may have on an appraisal.
