Day 1- Foreclosure renovation in Roswell Ga.

Day 1 of Phase one of a foreclosure home we recently purchased in Roswell Ga.  The home had been struck by lighting and had incurred light damage in the attic due to fire.  As part of the rehab we decided to take off the entire roof over the main portion of the house and rebuild it.  Prior to this we had removed all of the insulation from the attic as well as the HVAC system so that we could work in the attic.  Check it out, its pretty neat.

We also just completed another renovation in Alpharetta for a client that purchased a Fannie Mae foreclosure. It turned out very nice.
